Steve began his search career as a Partner at a boutique search firm, where he had a consistent track record of recruiting leaders for companies across several industries. Prior to recruiting, Steve enjoyed a career in financial services, working primarily for Bank of America before being recruited to be the CFO of a nationwide New York Stock Exchange-listed restaurant company. Later, he served in various C-suite capacities, including as the CEO of several private equity-backed companies.
Steve earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas, Austin. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and enjoys golf, watersports, fishing, and hunting.
