DENVER (March 10, 2021) – Jobplex Inc. is pleased to announce that Connor McKeown has joined the firm as Partner in the Advanced Technology Practice Group. He will be based out of the company’s Denver office.
Supporting Jobplex’s continued growth, McKeown will provide next generation leaders to the advanced technology sector. McKeown brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in growing and scaling leadership roles across all departments within Software-as-a-Service based businesses, complemented by his specialty in product and engineering leadership across a myriad of industries.

McKeown has more than 10 years of experience across product development, engineering management, software consulting, operations, sales, and general management capacities. His move into search is fueled by his experience with exceptional leadership and his desire to bring its positive effects to more organizations.

Most recently, McKeown served as head of product management at Covered Insurance, a digital insurance marketplace. In this role, he continuously developed a deeper understanding of the market, customers, and partners to create simple, seamless experiences that delivered value for both end-users and business partners. Prior to Covered Insurance, McKeown led multiple software development teams at ReadyTalk, a cloud communications provider ranked as the Best Place to Work in Colorado for several years running prior to its sale in 2017. There, he led critical application and operations focused engineering efforts, delivering application enhancements and improved operational reliability across the company’s flagship product.
McKeown holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
