NEW YORK (February 13, 2023) – Jobplex, Inc., a DHR Global company, is pleased to announce that Erin Hadwiger has been promoted to Partner in the Consumer and Retail Practice Group.
Previously serving as Associate Partner at DHR Global, Hadwiger works collaboratively across the firm’s executive search and emerging leader services, identifying top talent for retailers ranging from digital-native startups to multi-billion-dollar global brands. Her ability to understand the unique culture of each organization and drive results has made her an invaluable search partner for her clients.
“Erin is a fantastic addition to Jobplex and she adds deep consumer and retail expertise to the team,” adds Justin Hirsch, CEO of Jobplex. “I am impressed by her a strong search background and history of recruiting exceptional talent.”
“I am very excited to take the next steps on my own with Jobplex,” says Hadwiger. “The relationships I have developed during my seven years with DHR have been wonderful. I can’t wait to keep building on the track record at the emerging leader level and developing the next generation of leaders.”
Joining DHR seven years ago as an Associate, Hadwiger was quickly promoted to Senior Associate and then Principal. She has successfully placed senior executives and emerging leaders in merchandising, design/product development, digital, analytics, sales and FP&A roles.
“Erin’s ability to navigate complex situations and searches is superb, as are her executive presence and relationship-building skills,” says Tricia Logan, Managing Partner, Global Consumer & Retail Practice at DHR. “I would confidently refer Erin to any of my clients – she will manage the search and relationship with the utmost care.”
“Erin connects well with people and has a great gift for finding talent. She balances the art and science of recruitment with ease and heart,” says Susan Cooper, Managing Partner & New York Office. “I look forward to making introductions to my clients as well as partnering with Erin to go after new business opportunities together.”
Prior to joining DHR, Hadwiger held business development roles with major communication corporations and began her career as a buyer for a local department store. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Kansas.
